Jessica Thrasher

Jessica Thrasher has a diverse work experience in various industries, starting from their role as a Manager, College Relations at News America Marketing in 2000. Jessica then worked as a Graduate Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs at Pennsylvania State University, where they engaged external stakeholders and presented a strategic plan to the university's board of trustees. Jessica later joined The University of Chicago Booth School of Business as an Assistant Director, and eventually progressed to roles such as Associate Director, Senior Associate Director, and Director of Employer Development in their Career Services department.

In 2011, they transitioned to Electronic Arts as the Manager of Global University Relations, where they championed university talent and led the internal recruitment team. Following that, Jessica joined the University of Michigan Center for Entrepreneurship as the Director of Engagement, Bay Area, where they built strategic relationships and developed experiential learning programs for students.

After that, they worked at Galvanize Inc as the Director of Career Services, where they built and scaled a career development program, implemented curriculum development, and launched the company's proprietary hiring platform. Currently, Jessica is the Executive Vice President of Products and Services at SNP Communications, where they support the company's mission by delivering products, developing internal talent, and working with leaders.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to supporting students and professionals in their career development.

Jessica Thrasher has a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Miami University. Jessica also holds an M.Ed. in Education from Penn State University. In addition to their degrees, Jessica has obtained certifications as an Insights Discovery Facilitator from Insights in August 2018, and as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance in December 2017.
