Andrew Steel possesses extensive experience in global sales and partner operations, currently serving as the Head of Global Sales & Partner Operations at SNP Group since January 2024. A member of Partnership Leaders since September 2022, Andrew previously held significant roles at Mambu, Finastra, Splunk, Microsoft, Avaya, Cisco Systems, and Symbol Technologies. Notably, as Director of Partner Programmes, Enablement & Operations at Mambu, Andrew developed comprehensive partner programs and enablement strategies that enhanced partner engagement and drove revenue growth. With a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, Andrew has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement innovative channel programs across various organizations.
