Dalila Perez

Dalila Perez serves as the Director of Operations at SnugZ USA, overseeing Quality Control and Process Improvement efforts since January 2023. In this role, Dalila leads the development and implementation of a Quality Control process across three facilities in Mexico, fostering a culture of process improvement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. Additionally, Dalila is responsible for providing comprehensive solutions throughout the entire production and shipping process at all facilities in Mexico.
