Holly Youdan

Holly Youdan has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and people enablement. Holly currently works at Snyk as a Senior People Enablement Partner, where they develop and executes a comprehensive strategy to align with the company's goals. Holly also oversees internal communications, education, and change management initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Services Partner at Snyk, focusing on talent operations and strategy. Before joining Snyk, Holly worked at IBM as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they partnered with senior leadership to define and execute talent acquisition strategies. Holly also worked at Sumo Digital Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Manager and at Brandwatch as a Recruitment Manager and Lead Technical Talent Partner. Earlier in their career, they held roles at James Chase Solutions and Centre4 Testing as a Senior Resource Consultant and Resource Consultant, respectively. Holly's experience spans across various sectors, including IT, software testing, and recruitment.

Holly Youdan attended Aloha College in Marbella, Spain from 2003 to 2005, where they completed their International Baccalaureate degree. Holly'sfield of study during this time included History, English, Spanish, Maths, Biology, and Theatre Studies.

Following their time at Aloha College, Holly enrolled in the University of Birmingham from 2005 to 2009. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Political Science and International Relations, focusing on the field of Politics.

In terms of additional certifications, Holly obtained the "Be Equal Ambassador" certification from IBM in May 2020.
