Ioana Arama

Ioana Arama has a diverse work experience. Ioana started their career as the Vice President of Youth@Cluj-Napoca 2015, where they facilitated communication and collaboration among various youth organizations. Ioana then worked as a Sourcing Manager at CoolPeople, where they developed relationships with stakeholders and candidates across multiple countries. Following that, they joined accesaa.eu as a Recruitment Business Partner, focusing on delivering results and care for the people within the organization. Currently, they work at Snyk as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Ioana Arama obtained a Master's Degree in European Affairs and Project Management from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca. Ioana completed this degree between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies/Civilization from the same university, studying from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ioana Arama holds a Certificate in Advanced English, which they obtained in December 2011. Furthermore, they are a Certified HR Business Partner, having completed this certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in July 2023.
