Jeff Rutman has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as a Client Delivery Account Executive at Snyk since April 2019, following a role as Sr Customer Success Manager. Previously, Jeff held positions at Threat Stack, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, and at LeveragePoint Innovations Inc. as Director of Customer Success. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Account Manager at RSA and Progress, and Director of Customer Success at Invensys, alongside a Technical Support Manager role at Sun Microsystems. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2001, and attended New Hampton School from 1994 to 1996.
