Olsi Gjeci

Olsi Gjeci is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both software engineering and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Snyk since November 2024, Olsi has previously held roles including Lead Frontend Engineer and Frontend Developer at Probely from October 2019 to November 2024. In addition to a strong technical background, Olsi has pursued a passion for dance, acting as the Artistic Director of Sublime Dance Company since March 2011 and maintaining active roles as a dancer with numerous dance companies, including NYBDC, BEMF, BALAM Dance Theatre, and Trisha Brown Dance Company. Olsi’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Philosophy from Hunter College, completed in 2010, alongside experience as a College Assistant at the same institution from 2011 to 2013. Olsi has also contributed to creative web projects, exemplified by involvement in the "Step, Fall and Rise" initiative, which seamlessly combines dance and technology.
