Radu Farcas

Radu Farcas has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Radu is currently a Senior Director of Engineering at Snyk, where they oversee the platform's evolution, scales engineering impact, and drives engineering execution. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Engineering at Riverbed Technology from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they were the General Manager at Ocedo Labs from 2013 to 2016. Radu also served as a Development Team Lead at Sophos from 2011 to 2013 and as a Team Leader at CoSoSys in 2011. Earlier in their career, Radu worked as a Software Developer at Evozon Systems from 2009 to 2011 and at PropertyShark.com from 2006 to 2009.

Radu Farcas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca between 2004 and 2009. Radu then pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the same university, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011.
