Sandra Mott

Sandra Mott has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Sandra is currently serving as the Vice President, Talent Business Partners at Snyk. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Appian Corporation, including Vice President, People Partners and Programs, Senior Director, Global Human Resources, and Human Resources Director. Before that, Sandra worked as a Senior HR Leader at Amazon Web Services. Sandra also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at AOL, where they led a team of HR professionals and provided strategic support to business leaders. Earlier in their career, Sandra worked as an HR Director at AOL, where they focused on improving organizational performance and implementing human resource programs. Sandra also has experience as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Nextel and PSINet, where they led teams and managed various HR activities.

Sandra Mott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. In 2012-2013, they attended Georgetown University and obtained certification as an Executive Coach. In 2020, they completed a Diversity and Inclusion certification program at Cornell University, focused on Human Resources Development.
