Serhii Bratyshchenko

Serhii Bratyshchenko has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of technology and military service. Serhii began their career in 1998 at Prominvestbank as a Developer and progressed to Senior Developer before leaving in 2010. In 2011, they joined DataArt as a Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead, where they worked until 2016. During their time at DataArt, Serhii also held the role of People Manager, managing a large account with multiple teams. In 2015, they briefly returned to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a First Sergeant before rejoining DataArt. In 2019, they became the Chief People Manager of BizDev BackOffice. Serhii is currently serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2022.

Serhii Bratyshchenko earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information Technology from Donbass State Machine-building Academy in the years 1994 to 1999. In addition, they obtained certifications in French fluency (beginner level) and Spanish fluency (elementary level) from Duolingo in 2016.
