Sophia Lambropoulos

Sophia Lambropoulos currently holds the position of Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator at Snyk, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Sophia worked as a Workplace Coordinator at Grubhub from May 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a 30,000 ft² office space housing 170 in-house employees and managing the needs of remote teams. This role involved planning, budgeting, and executing in-person and virtual events, as well as serving on a culture committee focused on employee retention and experience. Sophia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell from 2018 to 2020 and also holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the same institution, completed in 2019. Additionally, education was completed at Boston Latin Academy, culminating in a High School Diploma.
