Victor Pagac

Victor Pagac has extensive work experience in the field of tax and finance. Victor currently serves as the Vice President of Global Tax & Treasury at Snyk, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Global Tax at Appian Corporation from 2018 to 2022. Victor also held the role of Global Tax Director at Appian Corporation from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Appian Corporation, Victor worked at KLDiscovery as the Tax Counsel and Tax Director from 2016 to 2018. Victor played a key role in establishing and scaling the company's tax department. Victor also has experience as the Global Tax Director at Opower (Acquired by Oracle) from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for setting up the company's tax department and managing all aspects of tax planning and compliance. Victor began their career at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they served as a Principal Tax Attorney from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, Victor worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business structuring and state tax planning. Victor began their professional career as an Associate Attorney at Ayoob and Associates, where they practiced law in various areas including corporate, real estate, tax, bankruptcy, and civil litigation.

Victor Pagac holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University. Victor also obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from The University of Toledo. Additionally, they are certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.
