Vlad R.

Vlad R. has work experience spanning over a decade, starting with their role as an Advisor in Data Solutions at Vodafone Romania from April 2011 to June 2016. Vlad then transitioned to become a Service Desk Analyst at Endava from July 2016 to August 2017. Following that, they worked as a Software Support Developer at Bringme from September 2017 to October 2019, where they were responsible for bug fixing, providing technical support, and working in an Agile environment. After that, they worked as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at RWS Group from October 2019 to October 2022. Currently, Vlad is a Technical Support Engineer at Snyk, starting in October 2022.

Vlad R. began their education by completing the Web Development Module at the "Școala informală de IT" from 2015 to 2016. Vlad then pursued a higher level of education at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, where they earned a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on Tourism planning and development from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, Vlad completed their high school education at "Gheorghe Sincai" High School, specializing in English advanced, from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Vlad R. obtained a Trados Enterprise Administrator Certification in January 2022 from the RWS Group.
