Caitlin Pascov is a seasoned professional in environmental sustainability and management, currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability and Approvals at SO4 since April 2019, previously holding roles as a Senior Environmental Advisor and Environmental Advisor within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Sustainability Advisor at Downer from June 2017 to April 2019 and as an Environmental Officer at Karara Mining Ltd from October 2014 to June 2017. Caitlin Pascov earned an Honours degree in Conservation Biology from The University of Western Australia between 2009 and 2013.

SO4 is engaged in the production of Sulphate of Potash (SOP) products from the Lake Way asset, which is located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia, 15 kilometers south of Wiluna. Our strategic focus on SOP is motivated by excellent market fundamentals, due to the growth in demand for fertilizers, including SOP, which is driven by the world’s need to feed growing populations from shrinking arable land resulting in the need to improve agricultural yields.
