Kees Veling

Kees Veling is an experienced filmmaker and producer with a diverse portfolio spanning several prominent organizations and projects. Currently serving as the owner of Lekker Kort since January 2022, Kees specializes in videoproducties, including social media and educational videos, as well as event concepts. Since August 2014, Kees has been a freelance filmmaker for MOJO concerts, directing the annual Lowlands aftermovie. Additional freelance work includes creating informative films for Soa Aids Nederland, social media content for Amnesty International, and event films for Organisatiebureau CAOS B.V. with notable projects like "Circus der Gedachten." Kees has also been involved in the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam since 2000, contributing to the award ceremony's clip selection and design. Previous roles include producing films for the Rijksmuseum and Museum het Schip. Kees holds a bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Media from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) and has further certifications in interactive television and aviation safety.
