Vandal Truong is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Adult Day Programs at SOAR365, where the focus is on creating fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities. In addition, Vandal works as a consultant for the Department of PA Studies at Randolph-Macon College, providing training for Physician Assistant learners. Previous roles include serving as Director of Career Academy at Union Settlement, where Vandal facilitated employment opportunities for young adults, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at New York Institute of Technology, teaching courses in communication and leadership.
