Bailey Haataja

Bailey Haataja is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Soar Autism Center since April 2023. Prior experience includes working at Bonterra as the first Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where Bailey developed best practice processes and trained two new team members. At Inovalon, Bailey was the third member of the Sourcing Department, contributing to process development and training four new hires. Bailey began the career as a Data Entry Specialist at ABILITY Network, where significant organizational and project management skills were demonstrated through extensive auditing and filing tasks. Bailey earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Central Lakes College between 2017 and 2019.
