Caitlin Kilgore, MSW, BCBA, serves as a Senior Partner Clinician at Soar Autism Center since July 2022 and is the Executive Director at Strides since September 2019. With extensive experience in behavioral health, Caitlin held various leadership roles, including Director of Client Relations/Director of People and Regional Director at Discover Hope Behavioral Solutions, Inc. from July 2015 to July 2022.
