Tim Purdie

Tim Purdie currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Soar Autism Center, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Tim worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2021 to November 2023, where Tim was promoted from Consultant to Project Leader. Tim also gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Harvard Business School in June 2020 and as a Summer Consultant at BCG in the summer of 2019. Tim's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Chevron from June 2012 to June 2018, specializing as a Subsea Well Intervention Engineer and a Field Drilling Engineer in various locations including the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf of Thailand. Tim earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School between 2018 and 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University from 2008 to 2012.
