Mazhar Ali is currently a Faculty Member at Crescent College of Accountancy and a Lecturer in Accounting at SOAR STEM Schools. With a background in Economics & Business Studies, Mazhar has been teaching O-level & A-level students since 2013. Prior to their current roles, Mazhar was a Lecturer in Economics at Rise School of Accountancy and worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive at M.LI Surgical Inc, focusing on managing export cell, developing marketing strategies, managing foreign delegation hospitality, and expanding into new markets. Mazhar Ali holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab, as well as a CA(Inter) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of the Punjab.

Osman Rashid is an executive and entrepreneur in the field of education technology. Osman, an electrical engineer by training, decided to follow his passion for solving problems and thus began a 25-year career in entrepreneurship and innovation. He combined this passion for entrepreneurship and education when he decided to open a next-generation school system in Pakistan back in January, 2019. After studying Pakistan’s education landscape, he found a clear need for delivering a quality educational experience. SOAR STEM School is Pakistan’s first STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) School teaching with a concept-based approach to learning. Our approach is proven to excite students, motivate teachers, and help them achieve their true potential.
