Darrell Gudenau, CTP, serves as the Regional Controller of Soave Real Estate Group, overseeing financial operations for both Florida and Michigan real estate development since February 2014. With extensive experience in financial management, Darrell has prepared monthly financial statements, performed cash management tasks for over 170 entities, and supervised personnel, including interns and staff accountants. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at General Dynamics Land Systems and Tax Intern at Rehmann. Darrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena Heights University and possesses strong proficiency in JD Edwards, QuickBooks, and Excel.
