Marie-Laure Attrill

Marie-Laure Attrill is an experienced retail operations and talent management professional, currently serving as the Director of Store Operations Transformation at Sobeys since March 2020, where efforts have resulted in over $250M in savings and enhanced experiences for employees and customers. Previously, Marie-Laure held various significant roles, including Learning & Development Director at Sobeys, Principal Consultant at STRAAD, and Talent & Organization Manager at Accenture, among others. Notable accomplishments include scaling leadership development programs and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction scores in multiple organizations. Marie-Laure’s early career began with a Business Analyst role at Accenture and includes leadership experience as President of the student association Raid Hannibal. Marie-Laure holds an MSc in Management from emlyon business school and participated in an exchange program at Monash University.
