Anne Goulart has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Anne began their career in 2004 as a Helpdesk Supervisor for National Construction Rentals, where they provided software and hardware support for 20+ offices nationwide. Anne then worked as a Network Administrator for PWIB/Insurance Specialty Group from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Technical Operations Coordinator for MdTechPro, managing a team of 20+ engineers for remote and Onsite care. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Tier 2 Support Engineer/Service Delivery Coordinator for CDI Managed Services, providing Service Desk Coordination of Level I, II, and III support to CDI's client base nationwide. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Service Desk Manager/Project Manager/Trainer for Snap Technology, managing 30 full time Level I, II, and III engineers and 10+ contractors and interns. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Service Desk for IPQuest, managing 11 full time engineers and 2 administrative staff. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Service Coordinator for Surterra Wellness, coordinating 14 full time engineers in Service and coordinating maintenance for client base of 19 facilities nationwide. Finally, they are currently working as a Sr. IT Auditor I for Assurant since 2021.

Anne Goulart began their educational journey in 1976 when they graduated from Northeast Senior High School with a High School Diploma in Math and Science. In 2004, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Computer Science from GA Perimeter. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Southern Polytechnic State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Information Security. Finally, they earned a second Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Information Security from Kennesaw State University in 2016.
