Ivan Novikoff

Ivan Novikoff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and strategic leadership across various industries, including additive manufacturing and automation. Currently serving as Président Marodyn and Directeur Général at EPC Explo Maroc since April 2022, Ivan previously held notable positions such as Managing Director at in-pulsum and Managing Director of the Innovation Platform 4itec 4.0 at Grand E-nov. A significant part of Ivan's career includes roles at AddUp, Fives, and Cegelec Sud-Ouest, where Ivan led innovative projects, established joint ventures, and achieved operational success. Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Centrale Paris and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, along with advanced degrees in process engineering.
