JT Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. JT started their career in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Seabee from 1994 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Branch Manager at Household Finance from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, JT transitioned to Kforce Technology Staffing as an Account Manager, where they focused on candidate recruitment and client relationship management until 2010. This was followed by a brief stint at SNI Companies as an Account Manager in 2010. The same year, JT joined Yoh Services, LLC as a Senior Account Manager, where they also served as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. JT successfully filled multiple positions for a government project and expanded the team's headcount. JT then moved to SOC LLC, a Day & Zimmermann Company, taking on the role of Lead Account Manager in the Federal Services division.
