Matthew Forgey

Matthew Forgey is an experienced audio professional with a comprehensive background in sound engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Audio Engineer at SoCal Rentals, Inc. since August 2014, Matthew's prior experience includes roles as an Audio Tech at Ford Theatres and CenterStaging, LLC from 2012 to 2014, and as a Studio Assistant at Sunset Sound in 2012. Earlier experience includes a Studio Intern position at Gray Martin Studios in 2010 and a Live Sound Engineer role at Silent Treatment in 2010. Matthew's foundational expertise was developed during an internship at Capitol Records in 2009. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry & Technology with an emphasis in Recording Arts from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2010.
