Mounir Goubaa

Mounir Goubaa is an Executive Project Manager at SOCAR since January 2021, with previous experience as a civil engineer at BUREAU BEN MABROUK KAMEL and as an engineer at Bureau des Etudes et Controle. Mounir led projects involving the design and modeling of private habitation spaces and advanced architectural structures. In addition to engineering roles, Mounir served as President and Vice President of the Civil Engineering Club at ENIS from January 2017 to January 2018 and worked as a technician at Ste HAMROUNI Frères Bâtiment, overseeing construction projects for various establishments in Djerba. Mounir holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax, having previously completed preparatory studies in Mathematics and Physics.
