Victoria Papazova

Victoria Papazova has extensive experience in marketing and trade management roles. Victoria is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at SOCAR Energy Ukraine, where they oversee marketing strategy and integration into business processes. Their responsibilities also include marketing and sales analysis, new service implementation, and budget management. Prior to this, they worked as the Co-Managing Director at Ruche Agency. Victoria also held the position of Head of Marketing at LLS NewProducts Group, where they successfully developed new product lines and implemented performance measurement systems. Victoria has also worked at MHP SE, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, OJV Lagoda, and IDS Borjomi Ukraine, where they gained valuable experience in trade marketing, operational marketing, and new business development.

Victoria Papazova has a diverse education history. In 1997, they attended the Ukranian Academy of Print, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Art & Graphics. This program lasted for six years, and they completed it in 2003.

Years later, from 2008 to 2010, Victoria studied Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Victoria obtained a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing during this period.

In 2022, they enrolled in ITProject Management to acquire a Diploma of Education in IT projects. This program spanned only one year, and they successfully completed it.

It is evident that Victoria has a strong background in both art and marketing, and recently they have expanded their skill set to include IT project management.
