Wendy is an experienced professional who has held various roles in different companies. Currently, Wendy is the Head of Risk Operation at SOCAR Mobility Malaysia, where Wendy manages a team responsible for Trust & Safety, Incident Response, Investigation/Claim Management, and Credit Collection. Prior to this, Wendy worked at Grab as a Regional Business Process Improvement Manager, focusing on process improvement projects and providing analytical support. Before that, Wendy was a Team Manager at Sutherland, where Wendy managed an Incident Response Team and provided feedback, coaching, and training to employees. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
