Cenk Balci

Cenk Balci is a Project Lead Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently employed at SOCAR Türkiye since January 2018. In this role, Cenk has held positions as Project Chief Engineer for both the Socar COFOT and Socar AOSTE projects, overseeing structural coordination between design and construction while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and conducting detailed progress reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Site Civil Engineer at CENAL Elektrik and as Civil Site Chief at FARRİN YOL-YAPI İNŞAAT SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., where Cenk also focused on project coordination and documentation reviews. Cenk holds a Master of Engineering in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, complemented by a solid educational background from Gaziantep Vehbi Dinçerler Fen Lisesi.
