David Duncan

David Duncan has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. David started their career at Texas Instruments in 2000 as a Senior Unix System Administrator, where they worked until 2007. Following this, they joined XTO Energy as a Technical Team Lead, where they held various roles including Technical Team Lead and Senior Technical Team Lead, until their departure in 2018. Currently, David serves as the Principal Solutions Engineer at Soccour Solutions, a position they have held since April 2018.

David Duncan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University. David also holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Engineering and Management from Computer Learning Centers. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023, NetApp Certified Technology Associate from NetApp in October 2019, NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, ONTAP from NetApp in February 2019, NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP from NetApp in March 2018, and NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer - SAN Specialist, ONTAP from NetApp in November 2018.
