Nupoor Pradhan

Nupoor Pradhan's work experience begins in 2013 as an HR Intern at Metro Shoes LTD. Nupoor then worked as an Executive in HR at Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd from June 2015 to February 2017. In February 2017, they joined Goldmine Advertising as an Executive HR for a short period. Later in April 2018, Nupoor joined SoCheers and held various roles in the People Operations department, including Senior Executive, Manager, Group Account Manager, and currently, the Head of People Operations.

Nupoor Pradhan pursued their education at the Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management, from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Following this, they attended the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Human Resources.
