Pooja Shah is a skilled professional in social media and digital intelligence, currently serving as the Social Listening Manager at SoCheers since July 2022, following a role as Social Listening Executive. Pooja began the career as a Social Media Marketing Intern at both Love & Latte and SA Community in 2022 and 2021, respectively. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising from S. K. Somaiya, completed in May 2022, and received earlier education at Holy Cross Convent High School in Thane.
