Latoya Dobson-Fletcher

Latoya Dobson-Fletcher is a professional with a diverse background in business administration, management, and accounting. Currently working at Social Development Commission since July 2015, Latoya started as a Community Development Officer before transitioning to the role of Capacity Development Coordinator in November 2017. Prior to this, Latoya worked at Xerox from November 2006 to April 2010, serving as Operations Manager & Security and Compliance Manager. Latoya holds Bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Management, as well as Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
