Daria Prokuda

Daria Prokuda is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in FinTech, CommunityTech, and HealthTech. Currently serving as Chief Design Officer at Rhino since June 2024, Daria previously held the position of Head of Design at Oxygen, where efforts included establishing a comprehensive design process and leading a team of 15. Daria's career features notable roles such as Group Design Manager at Osome, where the launch of a self-service flow reduced agency costs and boosted revenue, and Head of Design at Sberbank, noted for the successful introduction of SberPay in the Russian market. With academic credentials from the Ural State Academy of Architecture and Arts, Daria has also contributed to education as a course co-creator and lecturer.
