Julie Straus

Julie Straus has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Julie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at State of Play Hospitality since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Vice President of Human Resources at StepStone Hospitality & hotelAVE from January 2011 to September 2014. Julie also has experience as an Independent HR Consultant from January 2009 to January 2011. Julie has held various director-level positions at Regent Boston at Battery Wharf, Grand View Lodge, and Millennium Hotels & Resorts. At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, they served as the Regional Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Operations from 1997 to 2007.

Julie Straus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on Art History from The University of New Mexico. Julie attended the university from 1986 to 1990.
