Mark Spier

Mark Spier is an experienced software engineer and architect with a focus on profile customization and data migration spanning over three decades in various financial and technological roles. Currently serving as a Senior Profile Software Engineer at SoFi since June 2017, Mark specializes in tailoring Profile version 7.4 for Social Technology needs. Prior to this role, Mark was a Senior Application Architect at Capital One, where responsibilities included designing a GL conversion project and ensuring system compatibility. Earlier experience includes being a Profile Development Architect at ING Direct US, a Chief Profile Architect at Sanchez Computer Associates, and various development roles at the same company. Mark's career began as a Computer Operator/Developer at Princeton University Plasma Physics Lab, where computer systems for fusion energy research were maintained. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Data Processing from Bucks County Community College.
