Aron Mercer

Aron Mercer is a professional with a diverse background in growth, marketing, and partnerships, currently working at Xceptional Academy since July 2023 and serving as a Mentor in Residence at Social Impact Hub since April 2024. Aron also contributes as an author for the Disability Studies Collection at Lived Places Publishing and holds the position of Adjunct Industry Fellow at Griffith University. Previously, Aron was the Chief Growth Officer at Xceptional from February 2017 to June 2023, where efforts focused on empowering autistic individuals in various professional roles. Additional experience includes advisory roles, founding partnerships in social enterprises, and leadership positions in organizations like Australia Post and Experian. Aron has pursued education in inclusive leadership and social entrepreneurship, alongside earning degrees in business administration and social science from distinguished institutions.
