Nora Fraser

Nora Fraser, MAHRI, GAICD, is an accomplished founder and leader in the fields of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Currently serving as the Founder of Equi Consultancy Partners and The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN), Nora has established a global presence in reshaping DEIB strategies and driving innovation within the social enterprise sector. As a Social Impact Fellow with the Social Impact Hub, Nora continues to explore ways to enhance social and environmental impact. Recent roles include National Lead Partner for People Advisory at Architectus and Head of People and Culture at AECOM. With a strong educational background that includes a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and various leadership courses from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Nora is recognized for delivering insightful talks on DEIB topics internationally and championing women in social enterprise through a voluntary role with the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT.
