Mahalakshmi Ramasamy

Mahalakshmi Ramasamy is a professional in the field of People and Culture with experience as a Senior Assistant at Social Impact since September 2022 and previously as a People and Culture Intern. Mahalakshmi completed a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University from 2020 to 2022, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lancaster University, earned from 2014 to 2017. Prior to current roles, Mahalakshmi served as a Human Resources Executive at JOHOR PORT BERHAD, where responsibilities included developing performance strategies and administrating employee compensation while also researching and proposing models to foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
