Mateusz Pucilowski has extensive experience in evaluation, research, and analytics roles. Mateusz is currently the Vice President of Evaluation, Research, and Analytics at Social Impact, where they oversee a portfolio of contracts and is responsible for strategic planning, resource management, personnel management, business development, and systems development. Prior to this, they held positions as the Vice President of Impact Evaluation and Senior Director of Impact Evaluation at the same company. Mateusz also has experience working at USAID as a Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow, providing technical support in the design and management of evaluations and monitoring systems. Mateusz has also worked as a Deputy Director of Impact Evaluation, Program Manager, and Program Associate at Social Impact, managing and providing technical support to various evaluation contracts. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at The Kaizen Company and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at CEDPA. Mateusz's work experience also includes a teaching role at the Sogang Language Program Institute.
Mateusz Pucilowski completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Development from American University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Mateusz obtained a certification in the Facilitation Training Program from Training Resources Group, Inc. in September 2015.
