Brian Mahayie Waters is a highly experienced Data Analytics Trainer and Excel Expert at Wyzant, specializing in improving clients' skills in Excel, Rstudio, ArcGIS, QGIS, and statistics since June 2022. As the Founder and Primary Data Officer of Data Analytics for Development, Brian provides comprehensive data services, including data gathering, cleaning, management, and visualization. Additional roles include Desk Exchange Community Animator at the Centre for Social Innovation and Committee Member for MicroFinancing Partners in Africa. Brian's previous positions involved project assistance, research, and community outreach, particularly focused on water infrastructure and peacebuilding. Currently pursuing a PhD in Geography at York University, Brian also holds two Master's degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Transnational Studies from Westminster College.

From workshops to socials, they work hard and make sure to have fun while doing it. It's no surprise members say that being at CSI has greatly expanded both their professional and personal networks.
