Paula Cowan is a Career Transition Strategist and Career Coach who helps mid-career professionals find new roles that truly ignite their passion. With a background in behaviour therapy for Autistic Spectrum children and experience as a Technical Recruiter, Paula now focuses on providing career counselling, coaching, and energy clearing services to help individuals overcome obstacles in their careers and businesses. As a Community Animator at the Centre for Social Innovation, Paula also supports members in growing their projects within the community.
