Diane D'Costa is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partnerships Lead at IDEO.org since May 2023 and as the Director of Advocacy and Community Partnerships for Prince George's County, Maryland, since March 2022. In this role, Diane has focused on legislative advocacy and advised on significant grant applications. Since August 2020, Diane has also been a Liberation Design Lab Teacher at the Social Justice School, designing curriculum for young scholar-activists and facilitating equity-centered parent experiences. As a Corps Member for Teach For America since August 2017, Diane committed to teaching in under-resourced schools while also contributing to recruitment efforts. Past roles include leadership positions at Maryland Leadership Workshops and participation in the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Public Policy, with an emphasis on Youth and Social Innovation, from the University of Virginia.
