Chris Randall has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Management Training Program at 84 Lumber in 2001. Chris then moved on to Quality Manager at Simonton Windows & Doors in 2003, where they were mentored by several managers and executives and gained experience in Six Sigma, TQM, Dupont Stop for Safety, and more. In 2005, they became an Operations Executive & Part Owner at TRACO, a closely held family business, until it was acquired by Alcoa in 2010. That same year, they became a Lean Operations Management Consultant at Alcoa, and in 2010, they were made Managing Member of CGR Holdings, LLC. Most recently, in 2011, they founded and became CEO of SMI Aware, which provides Social Web Discovery and Preservation for the Legal Industry.
Chris Randall attended Harvard Business School for an Executive MBA in the Program for Leadership Development, the University of Colorado Boulder for Cultural Anthropology, Harvard Business School Executive Education for a Certificate course in Launching New Ventures, and the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business for an MBA Essentials Certificate course for working executives.
