Mary Pelton

Mary Pelton has over 15 years of legal experience, currently serving as an Administrative Law Judge at the Social Security Administration since May 2009. In addition to this role, Mary has held positions as Hearing Office Director, Supervisory Attorney Advisor, and Attorney Advisor within the same agency. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Courts from September 2008 to May 2009. Mary holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, obtained between 2005 and 2008, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from Temple University, completed in 2004.
