Luke Tam

Luke Tam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social enterprise and government advisory roles in Hong Kong. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kaifong Tour since 2016, Luke has been instrumental in promoting community engagement and local tourism. Luke's commitment to social welfare is further demonstrated through positions on the Joint Committee on Information Technology for the Social Welfare Sector and the Advisory Committee of the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged. Currently, Luke serves as a committee member in both the Home Affairs Department and the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau. Previous roles include Project Manager at Good Lab and Associate Consultant at Education for Good, highlighting a strong focus on social innovation and entrepreneurship. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
