Vicky Wong

Vicky Wong is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in various roles in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Inland Revenue Board of Review and on the Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee for the Hong Kong Government, Vicky also holds a position on the Hospital Governing Committee for Tin Shui Wai Hospital and serves as Tax Director at China Resources Enterprise. Previous experience includes a Senior Tax Manager role at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China, where Vicky specialized in M&A, IPO processes, and stamp duty planning, as well as a decade-long tenure at the Inland Revenue Department focused on international tax avoidance and legal matters. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
