Natalie Day is an experienced professional in policy and strategy, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Policy & Strategy at Social Work England since January 2024. Prior to this role, Natalie held the position of Head of Strategy and Policy Insight at Sheffield Hallam University from August 2018 to January 2024, and worked as Policy & Partnerships Manager at the University of Sheffield between January 2016 and August 2018. Additional roles include Head of Strategy and Communications at the University of Sussex's SPRU from June 2014 to December 2015, and Head of Policy at the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford, where responsibilities included connecting research on global challenges to policymakers from May 2011 to June 2014.
