Sharmila Pattan has had a varied work experience. Sharmila began their career in 2013 as a Franchise Owner at RONTEC WATFORD SERVICES LIMITED. In 2016, they became a Franchise Owner at Subway. In 2019, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Zen Technologies Limited. In 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager, Project Manager Technical Lead, and Technical Project Manager at Social27 Inc. Additionally, they are currently a Co-Founder at Brew Better, where they host a talk show discussing social issues, politics, business, entertainment, and more.

Sharmila Pattan attended the University of Wales, Newport from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their Master of Business Administration degree in International Business.
